DESCRIPTION:
An elegant and harmonious blend, that interprets the association between territories of Treviso and Trentino, is the origin of this prestigious cuvée rosé with its unique style and fine, persistent perlage.

PRODUCTION AREA:
Growing areas in Veneto and Trentino well-suited to sparkling wines.

GRAPES VARIETY:
A rosé from a blend of red grapes.

VINIFICATION:
The red grapes are gently pressed and the must macerates just a few hours on the skins, giving this Extra Dry style sparkling cuvee its luminous pink hue.

ALCOHOL CONTENT:
11.5 % vol

TOTAL ACIDITY:
5.8 - 6.7 g/l.

SUGAR CONTENT:
14 - 17 g/l.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Chill gradually at a temperature of 6°- 8° C.
