A luminous, peach-blossom pale pink subtly flecked with purple, and displaying a rich, long-lingering mousse. Notes of pink grapefruit, blackcurrant, and hints of sweetbriar predominate on its crisp, fruit-rich bouquet. The lengthy bead of pin-point bubbles, well-balanced and with an attractively zesty acidity, serves as the perfect complement to a palate marked by clean-edged impressions of raspberry.
Softly-contoured, elegant, sinuous and sophisticated, the bottle of Sergio Rosè shoews a design inspired by the wine it preserves and representing a perfect synthesis.
An unmistakable excellence and style.
Mionetto MO Collection: Sergio Rosé
Extra Dry sparkling wine.
Growing areas in Veneto and Trentino.
A rosé from a blend of red grapes.
To make this Extra Dry-style sparkling rosé, the grapes are lightly pressed and the must macerates briefly on the skins, which gives the cuvée its “peach blossom” pink hue.
One year after bottling.
5.8 - 6.7 g/l.
14 - 17 g/l.
Subtle purple highlights enhance its luminous peach-blossom pink, and a lingering, rich cascade of bubbles beguiles the eye. The bouquet boasts pronounced notes of pink grapefruit, raspberry, blackcurrant, and subtle sweetbriar. A perfectly-calibrated acidity enlivens its intense, crisp, well-balanced palate.
Versatile enough to accompany all the dishes of a meal, Sergio Rosé is at its best with shellfish and molluscs, as well as fine-fish preparations. It also makes an ideal aperitif wine.
